Our items are 3D printed using the latest 3d printing technology. items are made from a range of non-toxic material. This material is made from cornstarch making this environmentally friendly and recyclable 

A lot of our popular items are already printed so that we can dispatch orders quickly.How ever some non popular colours and larger items are printed to order

This does mean that there is normally a few days wait before the item is shipped. However in most cases this only takes upto 3 working days. If the item is a larger item or we are experiencing a large number of orders this can of course increase slightly. We will endevor to keep you updated on the progress of your order and advise of any delays that may occur. once the item is printed this will then be shipped out with the courier service you have provided and tracking details are provided 

All our orders are sent out using a tracked delivery Service and when the item is shipped a reference number will be provided containing your items unique tracking number which can be checked on the couriers website for tracking updates.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, providing a photo of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem, either through a replacement, repair, or refund.
