What are your products made from?

All our products are 3D printed using high-quality PLA or PETG filament. They are durable, lightweight, and designed to last.

Are the colours exactly as shown?

We do our best to represent colours accurately, but due to the nature of 3D printing and screen differences, slight variations can occur. Rainbow and multi-colour filaments are unique by nature — no two prints are identical.

Are there any imperfections?

3D printing is a handmade process. Slight cosmetic variations (such as layer lines or minor colour shifts) are normal and do not affect the quality, function, or charm of the product.

Sizing

How big are your articulating creatures?

Sizes vary by product. Where available, approximate dimensions are listed on each product page. If you need a specific size, feel free to contact us before ordering.

How long does delivery take?

UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 working days. International orders may take longer depending on your location and customs processing.

Do you offer free shipping?

Returns & Issues

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with a photo of the damage and we'll make it right.

Can I return my order?
